The Association has learned of the passing of Squadron Leader Frank Milligan who served as a pilot with 57 Squadron Victors in the early 80s, including during the Falklands Conflict.  Frank was not a member of the Association but ex-Victor Members will recall Frank as a seasoned professional, with a great sense of fun – a popular pilot and Victor captain.  RIP Frank
