    It is with great sadness that the Association has been informed of the passing of Eric Clifton Harris on 17 March 2021 aged 99 years.  Eric flew as a pilot with 630 Squadron on 36 missions and was awarded the DFC in September 1945.  His funeral will be held in Bournemouth on 2 June – if anyone would like further details, please contact me.

    The funeral service for Eric Harris will be held at Bournemouth Crematorium in the East Chapel at 3pm on Wednesday 2nd June 2021.

    The Bournemouth Echo today published this article on the passing of Eric.

    I shall be representing the Association at Eric’s funeral, which will also be attended by RAFA representatives and a contingent from 57 Squadron.
