Paul Dalseg (57 Squadron)

It is with great sadness that the Association has learned of the passing of Paul Dalseg, aged 93 years old, who served as a mid-upper gunner with 57 Squadron.  Paul, and the rear gunner, were the only survivors from DX-J which was shot down over Holland in 1944.  The navigator was Gordon Lodge’s father who also perished in the crash.  Although living in Canada for many years, Paul attended a number of reunions.  He will be missed.
