This 128 page book is full of Tom’s recollections of a life spent in the service of the Country – at war and in peace. Sad to hear Tom had passed away but what a long and interesting life he lived. My wife Caroline and I lived next door to Tom and Bette at the Police Houses in Ebbsfleet Lane, Ramsgate just after we married in 1972. They were a lovely couple and we are so sorry to have lost contact when we moved away.
